Varna Monday 1/10-18
Today it was just to get up early. The trip went to Varna and I was to meet the architect and seller of the apartment at a gas station at 07:00, 10 minutes drive to Varna. The agreements with Notary in Varna were at 09:00. We each drive our car. A little unnecessary, but Evgueni had some other chores in Varna afterwards.
The agenda today was twofold:
- Visit the Notary ‘Roza Hristova Kozhuharova’ to transfer and sign on the takeover of the apartment. It takes an extra day to complete the documents, so I have to make another trip to Varna tomorrow. A local translator is present to translate the documents.
- Visit lawyer Tsvetan who will arrange some practical things regarding the farm in Solnik. Evgueny joins in and can explain the plans for the farm in Bulgarian. In addition, we must sign a contract between me and the lawyer and grant rights to perform necessary tasks in my name. We agree on a new meeting on Wednesday.
After a lunch down by the harbor in Varna, the trip went back to Byala. It rained heavily on the road, but better weather is forecast tomorrow. Then the plan is to meet Maya, who is the manager of Byala Residence and a trip to Solnik, where we will meet Geometer, who will measure the plot and arrange with cleaners so that measurement becomes possible.
