Byala 11/7-18
We meet Evgeni again and discuss the price of his apartment. This is a two-room apartment of 73 m ~ 2 and has its own private cozy garden of 53 m ~ 2. But we will not get access to this until September since it has already been rented out for the summer. We agree on a price and go for Byala Residence.
It will not be easy to reject Dobrinka & co after all the work they have done on the screenings in Byala. We dare to ask Evgeni if he can be the architect for the farm in Solnik. He answers yes to this. Hooray for an upturn. We are of course very happy and at the same time solve one of many challenges for the farm. But we must provide all documentation on houses and buildings. We agree next Friday to go out to the farm.
We send a message to Dobrinka if there are drawings of houses and buildings. Unfortunately, it does not, according to a quick response back. These are old buildings and the regulations at the time did not require such documentation. Then all you have to do is measure yourself and use paper and pencil. Luckily we had brought the laser meter, for this we anticipated. It will make this job much easier.
