Today we are invited to Ulla & David at Tarator. Bulgarian yogurt soup and Banitsa that David has made himself. Fantastically good and very refreshing in the heat.
They have a cat with three kittens who have adopted Ulla & David every time they come. Every year with new kittens. Incredibly charming.
We get a signed cookbook as a gift, with recipes from around the world, written by a friend of theirs. We will explore it. Thank you so much for letting us visit and for the nice company.
We have to move on and the trip goes back to Byala. Here we get a room at a Romanitic hotel and have a good dinner.
