Visit from dad, Roald and Bjørg
I picked up dad at the airport in Burgas. Roald and Bjørg were also to come the next day by bus from Sofia. They didn’t know that dad had already arrived, which was supposed to be a surprise. We rented an extra car from Top Rent Car so we could travel around a bit.
But the water pump in the village failed for several days just as they were there, so we decided to go to Primorko instead. Everything becomes difficult when you can’t shower and wash dishes without tap water. Primorsko is located in the south-east of Bulgaria and is a big tourist magnet for many tourists, but luckily we were able to rent a room from a private landlord via a hotel that our family has visited many times. Cozy time with dad, Roald and Bjørg, with good food at one of the local restaurants.
