Solnik 3/11-21
The agreement today was to meet Tsvatan, Eve and Georgi (from the construction company) in Solnik at 10 am. I was there one hour earlier to try plan for myself where to put the fences. Today it was a warm day with sun from almost clear sky and 21 degrees. I knew in this moment why Black Sea in Obast Varna (Region Varna) is the perfect place to settle down. You have all the seasons, rain, snow, warm and cold weather, but the summer season is much longer. Not too warm in the mid summer period(around 30 degrees) and not too cold in the winter period. Even though I have been told stories about over 2 meters with snow, and temperature down to minus 20 degrees. But this is seldom and dont last for more than 7 days. The last years there has not been snow in Solnik.
I showed Georgi, the owner of construction company, the two mill stones still hidden in the ground in the garden. He promised to remove them safely to another location so that they are not damaged during construction work. I took some few picture of the garden after all the demolition work and cleaning of the property was finished and ready for start building.
Tomorrow I need to go to the Territorial Directorate of the National Revenue Agency in Varna to sign some papers allowing the accountant to access the register, and all services og the Revenue Agency, on behalf of my company. Will have to meet Tsvetan at 9 am outside his office, then I calculate some extra time driving from Byala 7:30 am.
