Visit to Solnik Garden
After the trip to Varna we drove to Solnik Garden. All houses is now gone and there is nothing much to see. But we still can feel the piece of being there.
Then we got a brand new washing machine in the complex anyway :-).
We are now beginning to see an end of the twig waste that was made last fall. It was hot to work today, but in return we had brought grilled chicken and cold drinks. That kept the forces going. The drink remained cold in a bag of ice cubes.
Today I decided to explore the hiking opportunities in the area around Solnik. Solnik is not far from the Balkan mountains that separate the border between Varna and Burgas. I knew this had to be a suitable place for hiking, but I did not quite know where to start. Not much hiking is recorded in…
New day on the farm. We spend a lot of time for several days taking pictures, measuring the house. This was a big job. But we were fortunately praised by Evgeni for a job well done. Optimism reigns. Here you see some of the documentation.
Barbecue party in Byala today, with Vanja’s homemade food which is very good. Thank you so much for the food and nice company. The weather was not the best so we grilled outside and ate inside.
We arrived at sunrise to a beautiful pink sky. We are currently alone in the complex where we have the apartment, and I have already taken a morning bath. Roar has taken the job as ‘pool boy’ First summer in the apartment and we have 5 weeks holiday to enjoy. 🙂
