After all, taking over a vineyard and running wine production was the dream right from the start. Now we have bought a country house where the vine has completely weathered. So here we have to plant new as soon as possible. But living off of wine production is something we have increasingly been missing out on. In any case, we want to make our own wine, for ourselves and maybe the tourists who may come to visit. But whether it turns red or white vine is too early to say. Here we need to have expertise that can take some measurements of the soil and what is best suited locally where we are.
