This nice self-catering apartment is situated in a Holiday Complex “Byala Residence” in the centre of the Black Sea resort of Byala. It is located near a yacht and fishing port as well as future – Golf, SPA and Aqua-park. You can enjoy nice walks on the long sandy beaches of the Black sea coast. Available for the guests in the Complex are swimming pool in a beautiful sunny garden with a large veranda, coffee-bar and BBQ, children swimming pool, sun-beds and umbrellas and laundry room. In front of the building is a municipal park with high trees and lovely walking area. The sea is located to the east of the building – just 10 minutes walk. Surrounding the building, there are small family villas.
The apartment is suitable for couples or families with children. It offers one fully furnished bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The windows look to the garden and the pool. Additionally there is a large open-plan living room with comfortable sofa-bed /another two can sleep on the sofa/, coffee table, TV, Cable TV and internet; dining area with table and four chairs; fully fitted kitchen – oven, hot-pots, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and all needed pottery. Air-conditioner in the living room served the whole apartment. The flat is served from a modern bathroom with shower-cabin and toilet. A nice large balcony equipped with plastic table and chairs looks to the garden.
Located along the centre of the Black Sea Coast, the historic town of Byala offers comfort and relaxation. It is a small town with old traditions as holiday resort and wine production. In a wider perspective Byala is located between the well known cities of Bourgas and Varna. The nearest international airports are Varna and Bourgas, equally situated approximately 55 km /40 minutes on the road/.
The town of Byala offers a variety of services such as: modern medical centre, post office, banks, shops, many traditional cafes and restaurants. Frequent bus services are available to Nessebur, Sunny Beach, Golden Sands and to the main cities of Varna and Bourgas.
