The Property
The property is located in a peaceful relaxing area in the village of Svetlina in Bulgaria, municipality of Sredets, in the region of Burgas. The property is south-facing and in a gently sloping area with great views. The climate is perfect for agricultural growth. It is a 10 minute drive to the nearest town of Sredets with many shops and a 25 minute drive to Burgas and the Black Sea and the sandy beaches. The picture to the left is taken under construction work, far from finished.
The land size is 2,600 m2.
The idea is to settle down in your older days, grow vegetables, wine and cheese, sit down in the sunset with a glass of wine and cheese in the evening. The plan is to hold some animals, goats, dog and cats.

The Village
Village of Svetlina (district Bourgas district) is located in South-Eastern planing region of Bulgaria. It is part of Sredets municipality. The population was approx 225 in 2021.
Svetlina, that means light, is known for the most sunny part of Bulgaria. It’s a perfect place for doing agriculture activities.
